We had water damage to our home and called SERVPRO of Orland Park to come out and take care of our "mess". From the lady that answered the phone, to the guys that came out to take care our our issue...everyone was wonderful. My husband and I are very particular about our home, and these guys took care of everything just as we would. They explained everything in detail, cleaned everything spotless and did EXACTLY as they said they would. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to everyone I know.

After a recent water damage to our home, we called SERVPRO to come out to look at the damages. They gave us a quote onsite, and once we agreed, they started work right away. The guys that were doing the work were very nice, knowledgeable of the business and did a great job cleaning up the mess in a timely fashion. Once they were done, they asked us to do a walk through, made sure we didn't have any questions and left. Even though it was a nightmare to have your basement flood, these guys took good care of us and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Highly recommend them this is my second time I have a rental property water was coming in from broken pipe in the bathroom wall. There team was again very helpful working with my insurance and the worked performed was fantastic.

During last months polar vortex, we had water damage in our garage. The service tech was very knowledgeable (I use to do this for a living in another state, although I didn't tell him that) and professional.
