Commercial Water Damage

Your business may be located in one of the older buildings in our area that have a basement.  If you do not store anything down there, there probably is not a need for you to check your basement very often.

This is what happened to the business owner that is located in the building of this picture.  There are even cob webs hanging from the ceiling. The last time our area had heavy rains, this basement flooded because the sump pump had not been working properly.  

If you do happen to have a basement located under your business, it may be a good idea to check it often to make sure that your sump pump IS working and that there is no standing water down there.
