Drying Equipment

This homeowner's toilet connection sprung a leak when they were at work.  The water ran all day and saturated their hardwood flooring.  The homeowner cleaned up what they could but water ended up underneath the hardwood. So, in an effort to save the floors, we set up our drying mats to thoroughly dry them out. 

Nearly all building materials, like wood, drywall, and flooring materials, are porous and therefore retain water.  This retained water can cause the materials to break down, warp, or cause mold damage.
